Hair Phases International
was founded by owner Jay Minchilli in 1962 when from a family of barbers in Italy he moved to the States at the age of 14. When he was only 19 he opened up to 6 salons in New York.
Hair Phases International relocated in California in 1996 with 2 big locations: Sacramento & Fontana.
Hair Phases International is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what they do and it is reflected in the loyalty of our clients. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our customers.
Hair Phases International is a full service salon for the whole family, there's no need to make an appoinment, walk-ins are welcome!
